There are many to choose from but here are two based in UK that might be of interest......
Very reasonably priced and has all the right features.
Incredibly low priced, but you need a modem to be able to manage your website for the cheapest option - Free hosting but FTP access is charged at dialup rate.
If you don't understand FTP it is the means by which you upload your web pages to the host server (Publish to the Internet). This is usually done by me when I design your web pages.
